STUDIO POLICY

  • We have a strict no late-entry policy, after 5 minutes to the start of class.

  • If its your first time, please show up 15 minutes before your scheduled class.

  • Grip Socks are mandatory for all classes, we have these for sale in the studio or you may bring your own. 

  • Please be on your Mega Pro by the start of class. 

  • Please leave your cell phones in the cubbies, sound off. Selfies are allowed post-class.

  • You must be 18 years old to book a class or service.

  • Our studios only accept credit/debit cards, we do not accept cash payments.

LATE POLICY:

  • We do not allow late entry to any classes or workshops for safety reasons. 

  • NO exceptions will be made.  

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note, if you have not checked-in 5 minutes prior to class start time, your spot may be given to a fellow client on the waitlist.

CANCELLATIONS

Single Class, Class Packages and Auto-Renew Memberships:

  • You must cancel your class 8 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and return it to your account.

  • If you late-cancel less than 8 hours prior to class start time, you will be charged $15 to your credit card on file and your class will be forfeited.

  • All late-cancel fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.

NO-SHOWS

Single Class and Class Packages

  • If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will still be deducted from your account.

Auto- Renew Memberships:

  • If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, you will be charged $25 to your credit card on file and loss of class.

  • All no-show fees will automatically be charged to your credit card on file.

*Canceling can ONLY be done online through your account or through our mobile app.  We do not take cancellations through email or over the phone

EXPIRATION:

  • All Single Classes + Class Packages (please check expiration date on your receipt)

  • We do not offer extensions for any reason. 

  • For any medical issues, please contact your studio directly.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

  • We do NOT offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Memberships, Workshops or apparel and merchandise.

TRANSFERS:

  • All Class Packages, Auto-Renew Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable. 

  • All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client. 

MEMBERSHIPS:

  • Contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

  • (Please see your contract for details)

  • To cancel your membership, a 30-day notice is required.

  • Please contact your studio directly to cancel your membership.

  • Memberships begin on date of purchase.

LOST & FOUND:

  • Solace is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio. 

  • Please email the studio directly for any items you may have left behind.
